  • We offer free delivery to all locations within a 35km radius of Melbourne CBD. Live outside this area? No problem! We can deliver to you for a flat fee of $15. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • We deliver from Thursday to Sunday to ensure your treats are freshly made and delivered at their best. Orders placed for other days will incur a delivery fee of $15.

  • To guarantee the freshness of your order, we ask that you place your order at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us time to bake and prepare your treats with the care they deserve.

  • Yes! During checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred delivery date and time from Thursday to Sunday. We do our best to deliver within your chosen window.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery at this time. All of our products are made fresh to order, which requires preparation time. We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance to secure your desired delivery date.

  • We offer free delivery to all locations within a 35km radius of Melbourne CBD. For deliveries outside this radius, there is a flat delivery fee of $15.

  • If you're not home at the time of delivery, we’ll give you a call. If we can’t reach you, we may need to take your order back to ensure it stays safe, as our treats are perishable. To help us keep your order fresh and successfully delivered, please leave clear instructions (e.g., “Please leave it in the insulated bag at the door”).

  • All of our treats are carefully wrapped and packaged in our signature boxes, ensuring they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. We handle delicate items with extra care to keep them safe during transit.

  • Yes, we deliver to both residential and corporate addresses. If you're placing a large corporate order, please contact us ahead of time to arrange the details.

  • If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tatiksdelights.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but address updates within 24 hours of delivery may not be possible.

  • At this time, we don’t offer live tracking. However, you’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is delivered. We do our best to ensure your order arrives within the selected 1.5-hour time slot.

  • If there are any issues with your delivery (e.g., delays, incorrect address), please contact us immediately at support@tatiksdelights.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Yes, we deliver to apartments. Please provide any specific instructions, such as unit numbers or entry codes, to ensure a smooth delivery process.

  • Absolutely! You can schedule your delivery for any available future date during checkout. We recommend placing orders early for special occasions to guarantee availability.

  • We take every precaution to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery may not be possible due to the preparation process.

  • We do not typically deliver on public holidays unless otherwise stated. Please check our website or contact us for holiday-specific delivery schedules.

  • Yes! You can send our treats as gifts. Just make sure to enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout, and leave a note if you’d like us to include a personalized message.
