Orders & Payment

Delivery & Shipping

  • We offer free delivery within a 35km radius of Melbourne CBD. If you're outside this area, we can deliver to you for a flat fee of $15.

  • We deliver from Thursday to Sunday. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure your treats are made fresh and delivered on time.

  • Absolutely! During checkout, you'll have the option to select a preferred delivery date and time that suits your schedule.

  • You can leave specific delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., leave with a neighbor or in a safe place). If no instructions are provided, we will leave the package in the safest possible location.

  • We typically do not deliver on public holidays unless otherwise noted on our website. Please check our site or contact us for holiday delivery schedules.

Product Information

  • Yes, all of our products are handcrafted and freshly baked to ensure maximum freshness and flavour.

Storage & Reheating

  • Yes! Many of our products can be frozen for up to 2 months. To enjoy, simply thaw in the refrigerator overnight and reheat as needed.
